A cinch is a kind of belt which has a ring. To prepare a cinch belt one must have either a sewing machine or a needle and thread. To make this cinch belt you have to follow certain instructions which are as follows:

Firstly take the belt and stitch the edges of the belt from both sides, i.e. from front side and then from the back making it strong

Now you have to attach the buckle. This can be done by taking the starting point of the belt and inserting it inside the buckle.
